He has many years of experience in the field of consulting and communication, conducting workshops and lectures in the field of corporate communication and effective crisis management. He conducted activities for clients, including the energy, defense, telecommunications, financial and sports sectors, NGOs, or start-ups. A specialist in the field of crisis management, public affairs, and corporate communication. He has extensive experience in communication support for ongoing investments, gained during large projects throughout the country. Founder of the Ethics Business Practitioners School, which supports entrepreneurs in development based on Christian values.

He started his professional career in the NGO sector, where he implemented international communication and conference projects for entities such as ECFR Warsaw, Batory Foundation, or The Casimir Pulaski Foundation. He has been associated with the Okaeri Consulting team since 2017. Responsible for planning and implementing communication strategies in the area of corporate, crisis, and public affairs communication. He contributed to the successful introduction of international brands of the premium & luxury segment to the Polish market, incl. Raffles Hotels & Resorts, H.E.S., Orangetheory Fitness. He also supported communication projects implemented for UNICEF, Morizon.pl, Lendi.pl and Alpha Bio Polska. For the needs of clients, he also coordinated activities dedicated to the foreign medium. In addition to Okaeri Consulting, he also implemented communication projects for companies including  Grupa LOTOS, KRUK S.A., and the PZU Group. Privately, a skiing instructor, horse riding, and enology enthusiast.

She has many years of experience in PR, promotion, communication

and marketing, director of marketing and communication in a law firm. She has been associated with creating, supporting, and promoting Polish culture and art for many years. She worked at the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Cultural Education Foundation, and the National Center for Culture; she was also the event manager of the international ONELIGHT festival. Together with her daughter, she wrote over a dozen articles about illustrations in books for children published in 1945-1989, commissioned by the European Capital of Culture Wrocław 2016. At Okaeri, she supports the team in PR and communication. She also supports many charitable and philanthropic activities. She is the initiator of the program to support young artists. Privately, she is passionate about classical music, ballet, travel, and a lover of walks in the fresh air and catamaran cruises.

Since 2023, she has been associated with Okaeri Consulting, where she carries out projects in the areas of communication and image building for companies in the renewable energy, logistics, fitness, and culture sectors. In the area of renewable energy investments, she is responsible for analyzing key stakeholders, tailoring strategies to local conditions, and managing day-to-day project communications. For other clients, she conducts activities focused on building expert credibility and creating creative tools that allow companies to increase their visibility and establish valuable business contacts. She helped organize the Polish premiere of the new season of an international television series. A Polish philologist by training, she is a guardian of correct spelling.
